The Construction: Built with an incredibly robust 11-layer Birch Plywood shell using wood-to-wood slot joints glued under pressure, it provides rigid, rock-solid road reliability. Koch pairs this shell with a vibration-free MDF baffle to produce a tight low-end, highly colorful mids, and silky smooth highs.
The Design: Thanks to its front-ported, closed-back design, the KCC112 delivers an astonishing amount of focused low-end punch and acoustic resonance, avoiding the muddy frequencies often found in smaller enclosures.
The Voice: It houses a single 12" custom Koch VG12-60 speaker capable of handling up to 60 Watts (at 8 Ohms), voiced perfectly to translate the complex, organic harmonics of the Classictone power section.
