Should you want to return a product to USA Music Import for repair, you will need to have an RMA number. We only issue RMA numbers on products which are bought thru one of our official resellers. In order to be able to fill in an RMA request you must first LOGIN (or REGISTER) to request an RMA number, a new menu option will be available to complete the on-line RMA REQUEST FORM.
After receipt of your request and our approval you will receive an RMA number.
The RMA number must be noted on all shipping labels as follows:

Please note that products without our RMA number will not be accepted.
General terms and conditions: • All products need to be returned in original packaging. Should you have lost the original packaging please note that you yourself are responsible for any shipping damage that might occur.
• In case you have received a product DOA (Dead On Arrival) or without cause we need to receive an RMA request within 10 days after delivery. When it concerns a DOA we will sent a replacement as soon as possible.
• Credit notes on products will only be issued after receipt of the goods and our approval. Only when packaging and products, including accessories, manuals, etc., are in mint condition, we will approve a full credit. Should we need to repair or replace any of the above we will deduct these costs from the credit.
