History:
Richard Cocco Senior was born in Italy and came to the United states of America in 1951. Richard entered the string manufacturing business at the time when the first electric bass guitars were introduced. Fascinated by this new instrument, he developed the Cocco method of hand winding to make  new strings which proved to be so fine that some of his first customers were America’s  legendary electric bass inventors.
After 10 years of collaboration, Mr. Cocco recognized in Mr. Alfonso Annecchiarico the only one capable to continue his legacy. Today Alfonso Annecchiarico is the sole owner of R.Cocco Strings and the only depositary of Richards secrets. The best materials and the same machines designed and developed by Richard Cocco Sr. continue to produce guitar strings that are truly exceptional.

In the ambitious quest to create the ultimate quality, I made the most technological discovery in the string industry, the HUMAN HAND. The enhance this discovery, I designed and built unique machines that can fully utilize the natural talent and sensitivity of the human hand. The whole family of pedals deliver clean, quiet, fat tones in a reliable sealed, corrosion resistant metal chassis that are built to last and compact enough to fit on any pre-existing pedal board without any major modifications. No component went into these without the unrelenting scrutiny from our team of dedicated gearheads.

Where some would simply stick it in a box and be done, our crack team of designers decided a pedal line this good deserved special packaging that reflected their commitment to tone and made sure each heavy duty transport box (with a cool magnetic lid) included a collectable instruction card with all warranty (5-YEAR) and website info.
